Studio Profile

Built for Trust, Conversion, and Operational Clarity.

Nimiz Digital is a Lagos-based web systems studio led by Alessio N George. The studio builds websites, commerce systems, and workflow applications for businesses that need clearer operations, stronger conversion, and a more trustworthy digital presence.

The studio stays deliberately focused. Strategy, messaging, UX, and implementation remain in the same line of sight, so the work does not lose clarity between the first brief and the live system.

Projects are shaped around the points where businesses usually lose momentum: weak trust signals, unclear offers, fragile checkout flows, manual follow-up, and operational bottlenecks after launch. The result is a system that is easier to trust, easier to run, and better aligned with the business behind it.

Nimiz Digital works remotely with clients across Nigeria, the UK, Europe, and North America, bringing product judgment, commercial context, and practical execution into every build.

I build because operational problems are more interesting to me than cosmetic ones. Most briefs start with “we need it to look better” but the actual gap is usually a broken enquiry path, a checkout that loses trust at the wrong moment, or a workflow that forces the team to cover manually for the system. That is the version of the problem I try to find first.

When you work directly with me, you get someone who will push back on scope that does not serve the business, who stays responsible for the outcome from the first conversation through to handoff, and who treats a clean delivery as a baseline expectation, not a bonus.

Alessio N George

Founder, Nimiz Digital

“The most useful conversation in a build is rarely about the design. It is about which system failure is costing the business the most right now, and what the simplest actual fix looks like. That is the starting point. Everything else follows from that.”

Selected Work

The three projects that define the studio best

A studio profile should not stop at biography. These projects show the kind of problems the studio is built to solve.

Commerce system

NimizGadgets

Storefront, checkout, customer accounts, and admin-side order handling in one operational build.

Why it belongs here

Shows how the studio handles trust, payments, post-purchase flow, and admin-side operations instead of stopping at a polished surface.

Workflow application

Nexus Mission Control

Order operations dashboard with live updates, role-aware actions, and clearer team visibility.

Why it belongs here

Shows the studio can move beyond marketing pages into real internal tooling, live visibility, and protected team workflows.

Service-business website

DonnyAluminium

Lead-generation website built around trust, quote requests, project pages, and faster contact routing.

Why it belongs here

Shows how a smaller service brand can get a clearer first impression, better quote routing, and stronger trust without bloating the site.

Working Style

Why clients hire a smaller studio

The advantage of staying lean is alignment. Strategy, messaging, UX, and implementation keep moving in the same direction instead of being split across too many hands.

Direct collaboration

You work directly with Alessio N George, who leads strategy, UX, and implementation at Nimiz Digital, so the project stays aligned from first brief to launch.

Commercial focus

The work is shaped around enquiries, checkout quality, speed, and clearer buying decisions, not just visual polish.

Clear execution

Projects are scoped with calm communication, practical timelines, and the leanest system needed to move the business forward.

Where AI fits

AI helps accelerate research, drafting, and first-pass implementation so projects can move faster and stay practical on price.

Human review still owns architecture, product judgment, QA, security decisions, and whether the final system actually fits the workflow, team, and commercial context.

Studio Story

How the work grew into systems thinking

Foundation

Business foundation

Launched and operated NimizGadgets — a live electronics storefront — diagnosing first-hand how product page clarity, checkout trust gaps, and post-purchase silence affect real buyer behaviour and repeat sales.

Systems

Systems thinking

Started building service websites and lead intake flows that replaced vague inbound messages with structured enquiries. The DonnyAluminium project is a direct outcome: a quote intake that changed what arrived in the client's inbox.

Results

Conversion engineering

Delivered conversion-focused storefront rebuilds and the Nexus Mission Control dashboard — a live example of taking operations beyond the public interface into real admin tooling, role-aware access, and live order visibility.

Today

Growth tools

Now scoping and shipping MVPs, configurators, payment flows, portals, and AI-supported workflows for teams that need the first usable version without losing commercial clarity or accumulating scope they cannot maintain.
